BC: TransLink News Roundup - We've Been Busy!

Author: Jordan Bateman 2013/02/07

I know all this TransLink news this week is a bit like taking a drink from a fire hydrant, but in case you missed it:

Within 90 minutes of the mayors’ council announcing their request for five new TransLink taxes, we had this news release on the street and were already cutting interviews.

Those new taxes could cost Lower Mainlanders another $680-$950 million. See the breakdown here.

This op/ed ran in today’s Province newspaper and highlights how TransLink CEO Ian Jarvis and former Metro Vancouver CAO Johnny Carline manipulate their political oversight.

In an update from our explosive-on-a-plane bombshell two weeks ago, a news release being sent out today on how the dog involved had to receive veterinary care after the Transit Police officer’s neglect.

And, in case you missed our regular Monday Morning Quarterback blog feature, it was dedicated to TransLink and Transit Police. All TransLink, all the time for the B.C. office right now.
